Body conditioning allows students to ensure their bodies are healthy, strong and ready for the demands made on them as a dancer. We use techniques inspired by pilates, yoga, athletics and also methods which purely focus on stretching, strength and stamina. Two of the biggest benefits in attending a body conditioning class are the reduced risk of injury and to improve the quality and execution of all elements in dance, especially those which are more advanced and require a higher level of power and flexibility from the body. Our body conditioning classes benefit from personal progress tracking and goal setting over the year.
